Horizon Labs is shipping client work.
The first business in the lab is live with paying customers. Here is what is working and what we are watching.

Horizon Labs went live earlier this quarter and is now running real client engagements. Websites built and shipped, social media managed for local South African businesses, marketing campaigns running. The team of six AI agents and one human is doing work that traditionally takes a five or six person agency.

What is working
The pipeline holds. Each agent owns a small piece of the build: research, planning, design, imagery, build, QA. The handoffs are clean because each agent gets only what it needs from the previous one, and a human reviews the final result before it ships.

Turnaround is faster than expected. The simplest sites get finished inside an hour of build time. More involved jobs run a few days because of feedback loops, not because the agents are slow.
What we are watching
Quality on edge cases. The first 80% of any site looks great. The last 20%, the unusual content, the awkward alignment, the long-tail mobile breakpoints, still needs careful human review. We are still tuning how aggressively QA flags those.
